Picking one of the three US Virgin Islands, St. Croix, St. John and St. Thomas would be a tough choice, fortunately, we'll give viewers some of all three of the US Virgin Islands. We'll being on St. Thomas at the lovely and delicious Ritz-Carlton. On St. John, we focus on the tradition of "ole time baking" and modern-day great food. And, on St. Croix, our explorations take us from cattle, to rum, to pure cane juice. Three islands-one great time!
